Mr. Demouchet was forced into a guilty plea on the morning of trial by his previous counsel.  After Mr. Shah became involved in the case, he discovered that Mr. Demouchet was given an illegal sentence which his previous lawyer failed to notice!  Mr. Shah was able to use that illegal sentence to successfully argue for an amendment of sentencing that moved Mr. Demouchet’s release date up from 2026 to 2018!
