Investigation led to two arrests of a Mansfield man in the shooting death murder of LaDerrick Hadnott on Dec. 24, 2012
A man in the town of Mansfield was arrested twice for homicide. The man has filed a suit in federal court. He claims the arresting officer fabricated evidence against him and lied in court. To date no other arrest have been made in connection with the case.
The plaintiff states that because of the false arrest and incarceration he’s suffered damage to his reputation, loss of income and incurred attorney fees and expenses.
