Mr. Impastato was born and raised in Jefferson Parish, Louisiana. After graduating from Archbishop Rummel High School in Metairie, Louisiana, Mr. Impastato earned his Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations at Tulane University.

Mr. Impastato went on to earn his Juris Doctorate from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law, where he was a member of Loyola’s Prosecution Law Clinic, assigned to the Orleans Parish District Attorney’s Office. Mr. Impastato was also the Chief of Staff for Loyola’s Trial Advocacy Organization, was a member of 3 national Trial Advocacy Teams, and a member of the Maritime Law Journal and Maritime Law Society.

Mr. Impastato is licensed to practice law in all Louisiana State Courts, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana, and is a member of the Louisiana Bar Association.
