Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, 81, the Supreme Court’s oldest member, underwent emergency heart surgery Wednesday morning to have a stent placed in her right coronary artery.
It has long been an open question, whether Ginsberg would step down and allow Obama to appoint her replacement. Thus far, she steadfastly seems determined to die in office.
