You Think You May Need A Criminal Attorney, But You Are Not Sure…

For Example:

You have been stopped by police.

You have been arrested or have been charged with committing a crime

You have received a target letter.

You have been asked to submit to a police interview or lineup.

Are just a few of the possible scenarios that may lead you to believe that you are in trouble.

Quite often persons facing criminal charges and/or prosecution delay hiring a qualified attorney in the hopes that things will go away.  Things rarely away and delaying may only lead to more problems.

Find experienced counsel the moment you think you or a loved one is in trouble. There are undoubtedly many important things happening at once which must be taken care all at once when a member of the family is arrested. However, the first thing that should be done is to find expert legal counsel. We cannot stress enough the importance of getting on a case as early as possible. The outcome of the case could depend on it. The best thing to do is to hire an attorney before you are arrested if possible, or soon thereafter in order to have representation before charges are formally brought against you.

The attorney you hire will want to enter negotiations on your behalf right away.  Any conversations or negotiations dealing with dropping or reducing charges  are better when they start early rather than later.

An experienced criminal defense attorney will know how and when to negotiate with the prosecutor handling your case.

Do not delay hiring an attorney. Our law firm is here to help you.
